When I first heard about spirit attachments, I will admit, I was pretty skeptical. But through my Reiki trainings and client work I have come to understand that these attachments can contribute to health issues and create obstacles for healing.

Learning how to breathe in a systematic, patterned way can have a tremendous impact on your overall health and stress levels.
Breathwork is one of my favourite modalities to help shift the body out fight-or-flight and into the parasympathetic nervous system where healing can occur.
