My Journey to Sobriety Part I

Quitting drinking has been one of the most empowering and life-changing decisions I have made since I started my healing journey. Letting go of alcohol freed me from the grips of anxiety, and has allowed me to live a more authentic and aligned life. 
You don't have to have a problem with alcohol to be curious about what your life might look like without it. Join me in Part I of my journey to sobriety, where I discuss my "drinking story".

A big decision I just made (eek), taking risks, following your guidance, and a sign from my mom from the Other Side

A lot happening in my life this week! From launching this podcast, to making a big decision, and random pantry doors opening - I have been going through all the feelings. Lots of amazing messages and confirmations to share with you on this episode!!!
