In this personal life update, I’m sharing what it’s been like navigating grief after the recent passing of my dad, along with some of the unexpected emotions and realizations that have surfaced.

I talk about caregiving, loss, and the memories I’ll carry with me.  I also pull three cards from the Rose Oracle, with messages for listeners around self-discovery, going deeper, being gentle with yourself, and making space for joy.
